Founded in 1950, Avez is a modern production site in Wattrelos, France. Their development continues with the arrival of a new Technical Manager, Vivien Duflos, who brings support for long‑term technical succession and ongoing quality improvements.

A new Supply Chain Manager, Guillaume van Kerckhove, has also joined the team. His role is key to ensuring stable, reliable and efficient supply chain processes—an important part of serving customers well.

Alongside these additions, Avez has formed a dynamic new sales team. With a strong emphasis on customer meetings and close dialogue, the team focuses on understanding needs and offering practical, well‑grounded solutions.

Safety remains a clear priority. Avez has continued to strengthen routines and initiatives that support a safe, healthy workplace for everyone.
