Introducing EmSense: a lighter, smarter packaging choice

EmSense is our new lightweight packaging solution, developed to balance material efficiency with reliable performance. It uses around 30 percent less plastic than the previous HandySafe model, across both the container and the lid. This reduction also helps lower the CO₂e footprint by 30 percent – with even greater savings when transport to filler is taken into account.

Made from fully recyclable mono-material, EmSense supports easy sorting and processing in line with PPWR. It is built to handle real world demands, offering improved cold resistance and enhanced impact strength while keeping the same high-quality decor surface. The result is practical, durable packaging for today’s conscious consumer.

The first two sizes in the EmSense series suit a wide range of food applications, including sauces and salads. They provide a lighter complement to the existing range, with more sizes on the way.
