Introducing Guillaume van Kerckhove – Supply Chain Manager at Emballator Avez

We are pleased to introduce Guillaume van Kerckhove as the new Supply Chain Manager at Emballator Avez. With a strong background in logistics and production, he has taken over from Thomas Avez and now plays an important role in developing and strengthening our supply chain.

Guillaume describes his role as central to daily operations. He works closely with production, sales and external partners to secure high service levels and support our customers. His work combines day‑to‑day problem‑solving with long‑term planning, helping to build effective purchasing strategies and sustainable solutions.

“The most exciting part of my job is being part of a hub that must handle both daily situations and future needs, while staying connected with partners, the internal organisation and customers at the same time,” says Guillaume.

Guillaume is also keen to deepen his experience in Asian import—a field he began exploring at Avez. He appreciates being part of an international group like Emballator while working in a smaller, close‑knit environment.

Outside of work, Guillaume is a proud father of three and has a strong interest in cinema and travel. His personal goal is simple: to live a life he can be proud of, both professionally and privately.
