Emballator Tectubes introduces a new Ø60 mm plastic tube – a larger format designed for high volume cosmetic, food, chemical, paint and construction products.

A larger tube for products that need more room

With a capacity of around 400 ml, it’s a practical choice for a wide range of contents. The tube takes equally good care of the product whether it’s a sauce, dressing, body lotion, dog shampoo, sealant, filler pastes, greases, oil.

The Ø60 mm size is still uncommon in Europe, giving brands a reliable option that stands out on the shelf.

High quality print, designed to support your brand

Our latest investment enables exceptionally high print quality in several formats. The production line allows smooth transitions between flexo printing, screen printing and inline foiling, giving you the freedom to create clear, consistent and expressive designs. This flexibility makes it easier to bring your brand to life on a larger tube format, while keeping the finish reliable and visually strong.

A more sustainable choice

Thanks to the machine’s multi layer technology, the tube can be produced with recycled plastic (PCR). This gives brands a straightforward way to combine larger volumes with more responsible material choices, without changing how the product is delivered or experienced.
