Low Cap expands our tube range

As consumer expectations evolve, even small design choices can make a meaningful difference. With Low Cap, we’re introducing a slimmer cap option that reduces material use while keeping the functionality and reliability you expect from our tubes. It’s a practical step towards lighter, more resource‑efficient packaging — without compromising on quality.

A slimmer cap for lighter packaging

We’re adding a new push on flip top solution to our tube range: Low Cap, a low profile cap designed for Ø40 mm and Ø50 mm plastic tubes.

At 15 mm in height, Low Cap is noticeably lower than our standard caps of 21.6 mm and 22.5 mm. The reduced height means less material and a lighter overall pack – a simple way to support a more resource efficient choice without changing the look and feel of your tube.

Low Cap will be available in PE and PCR, making it a good fit for mono material tubes and helping brands move towards more circular packaging.

Built for reliable production

Low Cap will be manufactured on our new production line in Hjo. This investment allows us to introduce the new profile without affecting our existing capacity. We’ve also developed new tooling to secure consistent, high quality production from day one.

Low Cap sits alongside our current caps, giving you more design options and flexibility when choosing the right solution for your product. If you’d like to explore how Low Cap could work in your product line, we’re here to help. Just get in touch.
