New Leadership at Emballator Lagan

We are strengthening the team at Emballator Lagan with two important additions. Adi Trokic will join as Managing Director on 1 February 2026, and Andreas Hjalmarsson will take on the role of Finance Manager for one year starting 1 December 2025.

Welcoming our new Managing Director

We are very pleased to welcome Adi Trokic as the new Managing Director of Emballator Lagan.

Adi joins us from Invacare, where he has held several senior roles in both Swedish and international operations. He brings solid experience from the manufacturing industry, including leadership positions in production, development and sourcing. His background as Managing Director and Head of Sourcing has given him a strong foundation in strategic planning, team development and long‑term operational improvement.

Adi holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Product Development and Design) from Linnéuniversitetet, complemented by additional training in leadership and occupational health and safety. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in youth football. We look forward to the energy, experience and steady leadership he will bring to Emballator.

Welcoming our Finance Manager for the year

We are also pleased to welcome Andreas Hjalmarsson, who will join Emballator Lagan as Finance Manager for one year beginning 1 December 2025.

Andreas currently works as Business Controller at Herenco and has gained valuable experience in financial reporting, analysis and acquisitions. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School and has previous experience as an auditor. Andreas lives in Jönköping, has a strong interest in sports and enjoys staying active — with the Lidingöloppet as a yearly highlight.
