Our Spout Cap is designed to do exactly what customers need it to do: work reliably, handle easily and support more sustainable packaging choices.

Designed for everyday use

Even with a reduced plastic content, we have made both the spout and the cap larger. This helps the product pass the “Toy Test EN 71 8 2018 – Test of Physical and Mechanical Properties” and also makes the cap easier to grip and open. The Spout Cap fits the 38 SP400 neck, one of the most common standards for both PE and PET bottles, making it a practical choice for many applications.

A simple way to achieve mono material packaging

The cap and spout are made entirely of polyethylene, and even the included IHS liner uses the same material. When paired with an Emballator PE bottle, the result is a full mono material solution. This supports easier recycling and helps reduce producers’ packaging fees.

Our goal is to create packaging that works well in everyday use while supporting long term sustainability. The Spout Cap is one more step in that direction.
