Welcoming Johan Wallskog to Emballator Group

We are pleased to welcome Johan Wallskog to Emballator Group. Johan brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial operations and digital transformation, including leadership roles at Aurobay and Volvo Cars. His background spans both Swedish and international environments, with several years in China where he led production teams and worked with Lean‑based improvements.

Supporting Emballator’s long‑term development

In his new role, Johan will help strengthen and develop Emballator’s operations. He will work closely with our business areas, production managers and internal networks to improve efficiency, build sustainable flows and processes, and encourage technical development across our eleven factories. His work will support a long‑term, holistic approach where profitability, sustainability, process thinking and continuous improvement come together.

A collaborative way of working

Johan holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and Business Administration from the University of Skövde. He describes himself as someone who thrives when working with others toward shared goals and who is always eager to learn. He values collaboration, knowledge sharing and the strength that comes from good people, clear processes and reliable data.

Grounded and energised outside work

Away from work, Johan enjoys life with his large family on their farm just outside Åsarp – a place he says keeps him grounded and gives him energy.
