The Women in Packaging Excellence Awards, created by Packaging News, highlight women who make a meaningful impact across the packaging sector. Entries are first reviewed and scored by a panel of senior industry experts, who then meet for an in‑person judging day to discuss the top candidates and agree on the final winners.

Recognised in three key categories

Agnes has been named a finalist in three categories, reflecting the breadth of her expertise:

Packaging Operations Excellence Award – recognising women who strengthen packaging operations by improving processes, efficiency and day‑to‑day performance.

Quality Assurance Excellence Award – honouring achievements in ensuring high and consistent quality in packaging design and production.

Sustainability Champion Award – celebrating those who drive sustainability efforts, supporting practical improvements and environmental progress.
