Emballator Supports Mathivation in Ulricehamn Schools
Emballator has a long‑term ambition to contribute to society, especially when it comes to learning and development for young people. That is why we are proud to support Mathivation, now active at both Stenbockskolan and Ätradalsskolan in Ulricehamn.
The Mathivation initiative began over ten years ago with a clear purpose: to strengthen students’ interest and confidence in subjects such as mathematics and technology. Aimed at pupils in grades 7–9, the programme is now established in seventeen schools across Sweden.
Mathivation offers several activities, including the “I Don’t Get It” courses, and encourages students to teach others—for example, younger pupils at intermediate level. Their energy and approach to learning make a real difference and are inspiring to see in practice.
“For us at Emballator in Ulricehamn, it feels very meaningful and important to support this initiative. Year after year, we see how their work lifts and helps students build their confidence in these areas. That’s why it’s so gratifying that Ätradalsskolan has also joined the partnership this year, so now we have two schools in the Ulricehamn municipality actively participating,” says HR Manager Ulrika Andersson at Emballator Metal Group.
Through our collaboration with Mathivation, we can contribute both in the short and long term to the development of the next generation. Supporting young people in building confidence and skills strengthens their future opportunities—and creates value for the whole community.
