Meet Camilla Arnesson – A Versatile and Dedicated Colleague at Emballator
Camilla Arnesson began her journey at the Växjö warehouse in the summer of 2021. Since then, she has taken on a wide range of responsibilities. Today she manages call‑offs from external warehouses, purchases consumables, and oversees waste management. She also supports the order and planning department with administrative tasks and is responsible for ensuring that all forklift operators hold the right certifications and that the forklifts are well maintained.
A typical workday for Camilla starts with checking the day’s incoming deliveries, followed by a morning meeting with the Warehouse & Logistics team. After that, no two days look the same. Her work can involve everything from hands‑on tasks in the warehouse to bookings, orders and communication with external suppliers.
Camilla has grown significantly in her role and enjoys that she is constantly learning.
“My role changes slightly all the time as I gain more knowledge, which is very fun and something I enjoy a lot.”
For Camilla, the best part of the job is the variety and the ability to shift priorities when something unexpected comes up. She is particularly proud of having supported other departments during periods of high workload, as well as contributing to freeing up space by helping reorganise the warehouse.
Flexibility, strong social skills and patience are qualities she finds essential in her work. She is also keen to continue developing her knowledge in the quality area.
Outside of work, Camilla lives in the countryside outside Växjö with her family. She enjoys spending time in the garden and the forest — activities she describes as her “best yoga”.
Camilla feels positive about the future at Emballator and appreciates both the supportive colleagues and the opportunity to grow. Her advice to anyone interested in her line of work is simple:
