Meet Leila Moshayyadi – Account Manager in Emballator’s sales team
Leila Moshayyadi is a key member of Emballator’s sales team, working with customers in the pharmaceutical, beauty and beverage segments. As an Account Manager, she builds strong customer relationships and helps drive forward projects—among them the launch of our screw‑top cap for wine and spirits.
A typical day for Leila is varied. She might be meeting customers, working on pricing, or contributing to larger product development projects. Since joining Emballator in 2022 as Sales Support, her role has grown steadily. Today, she enjoys wider responsibility and the chance to influence both customer work and internal processes.
“Today, I am a key player in Emballator’s sales team, and I love the variety my role offers. Every day is a new challenge, from managing customer relationships to participating in exciting projects,” says Leila.
As an Account Manager, Leila has been closely involved in structuring and improving the sales process—work that will support the whole department in the long run. What she values most is the mix of tasks and the close collaboration within the team.
“We have a culture where we are given freedom with responsibility, and that’s something I truly appreciate. Working in a team with such dedicated colleagues gives me energy every day. Laughter is a natural part of the workday,” she says.
Outside work, Leila has many interests. She has a lifelong passion for horses, learns song lyrics quickly and enjoys being active and social. She also brings plenty of positive energy to team activities and events. Right now, she and her partner are preparing to become parents—something she is looking forward to with excitement.
“Having the opportunity to grow as a person both at work and in my personal life is something I really value,” Leila emphasises.
For Leila, the best thing about Emballator is the welcoming and supportive atmosphere. She appreciates working in a place where people trust one another—and where laughter is part of everyday life.
