Meet Mattias Arvidsson – Technical Support at Emballator Lagan

We’re pleased to introduce Mattias Arvidsson, part of our technical support team in Lagan. With solid experience and a genuine passion for technology, Mattias is a valued partner to both our customers and colleagues.

Mattias joined Emballator back in 2004 and has followed the development of our production and products closely. His role today combines technical support, customer insight and practical project work.

“I provide technical support for our products and machines used in customer production. I’m also involved in product projects and share insights from customers about how the products should work.”

Experience that strengthens customer collaboration

Mattias especially enjoys being involved in bringing new products to the market — from plastic‑reduced food containers to buckets made from recycled material. The variety of technical challenges, both internally and together with customers, is what makes the work meaningful for him.

His many years in production form a strong foundation for the support he offers today. This understanding helps him communicate clearly and guide customers in a way that builds trust.

Life outside Emballator

Outside work, Mattias is a dedicated parent to three children. He lives just outside Ljungby and tries to make time for exercise, especially cycling. His goal is to complete Cykelvasan in under 3 hours and 30 minutes.

A fun fact: Mattias is something of an expert when it comes to homemade mulled wine — and he has a surprising talent for cooking exactly the right amount of pasta, a skill especially useful when the whole family gathers.
