Meet Olivia Sundling – Emballator’s new Marketing Coordinator
Olivia Sundling joins Emballator with a strong background in media, communication and sustainable brand strategy. Her experience in both the media sector and community development has shaped her passion for creating marketing that is meaningful, thoughtful and grounded in sustainability.
Reflecting on her previous roles at a digital agency in Borås and a project management company in Jönköping, Olivia highlights how these experiences broadened her perspective.
“These experiences gave me knowledge about marketing, but also an understanding of how important it is to integrate sustainability and social engagement into a company’s identity.”
As Marketing Coordinator at Emballator, Olivia is involved in planning and coordinating marketing activities across the business.
“Coordinating and focusing on sustainability isn’t a trend – it’s a necessity in today’s business climate. We want to be a strong player in our industry and an inspiring example of sustainable marketing.”
Creativity and collaboration play a central role in her work.
“It’s important to embrace change, be creative and think in new ways. Working closely with different departments and using each other’s strengths is key to developing effective marketing.”
Outside the office, Olivia enjoys cooking, interior design and travelling.
“Exploring new cultures and flavours isn’t just a hobby – it inspires me. Having creativity outside of work gives me new perspectives.”
