Meet Olof Persson – our new Key Account Manager in Lagan

We’re pleased to introduce Olof Persson, our new Key Account Manager at Emballator in Lagan. With a strong background in sales — especially export sales — Olof will focus on supporting existing customers and developing new business, mainly within the paint segment in our export markets.

Since joining us, he has spent his first weeks getting to know our customers, products and internal systems.

“There has been a lot to learn, but I’ve received great support from my colleagues. They are generous in sharing their knowledge, which makes it much easier to settle into the role.”

Building relationships across Europe

Olof will spend a good amount of time on the road meeting customers across Europe. He looks forward to building long‑term relationships and finding new opportunities together with them. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is the partnership that grows through open and practical problem‑solving.

“The best part is working with the customer to find a solution that works for both of us. I also look forward to representing the whole Emballator group and its broad product range during customer visits. Being able to offer a complete solution across the organisation feels really good.”

A curious mindset and a positive outlook

Olof has a bright outlook on the future at Emballator and is eager to contribute. He believes in staying curious, keeping a positive mindset and always looking for new things to learn. Language skills will also play a key role in his work, as he will operate in markets where both German and English are essential.

Outside of work, Olof enjoys cooking — and according to his children, his Baby Back Ribs are hard to beat. He is also active in his children’s activities, serving as treasurer and vice‑chair of Ljungby Swimming Club and coaching his son’s football team.

We’re happy to have Olof on the team and look forward to following his journey at Emballator. With his energy and curiosity, he will be a valuable partner to both our customers and our colleagues.
