Welcoming Bart Bouckaert as Managing Director of Avez
We’re pleased to welcome Bart Bouckaert as the new Managing Director of Avez, our recently acquired company in northern France. With more than 25 years of experience in the paper and plastics industry, Bart brings solid leadership and hands-on business development expertise to Emballator.
A clear focus on customers and collaboration
Bart’s priority is straightforward: build strong customer relationships and support the Avez team in working towards shared, long‑term goals. He will work closely with the new sales manager to understand our customers’ needs and ensure that Avez’s development is aligned with Emballator’s growth strategy. He looks forward to leading the team and creating a reliable, future‑ready workplace for everyone.

Bart is also keeping a close eye on developments shaping our sector, including new legislation and digitalisation. He’s particularly interested in how regulations such as PPWR and EPR schemes may influence our daily work—and sees them as opportunities to strengthen the way we operate. He is equally keen to explore how digital tools can support smarter, more efficient processes while maintaining the human connection that matters to our customers and colleagues.

Bart lives in Belgium with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys time with friends and family, long walks and cycling.
