Whistleblowing

Within Emballator, we have a process for reporting irregularities. This service makes it possible to anonymously report unethical, illegal, or other misconduct. If you feel that something is wrong, this should first be reported to your immediate manager or contact person at Emballator. If this is not perceived as possible, the whistleblowing service could be a way to report information to the management of our owner Herenco. 

The information could be about potential environmental damage, corruption, discrimination, manipulation, serious violations of our business ethics, and physical damage to people or property. The report is made to the law firm Wesslau Advokatbyrå, appointed as external counsel to ensure that all reports are handled impartially. The report will then be forwarded anonymously to the Chairman of the Board of Herenco AB, where the report will be investigated. The report, regardless of whether it is made by e-mail or mail, must be marked with the heading "Herenco Whistleblowing".
